Well this is one way to start the week! Firing up that core (and the entire body) Make an X and hop or step in each space (so back, right, forward, left etc) Do that twice then squeeze the lower abs and hop or step forward. You want to feel this on the right and left sides of the stomach and the lower and upper abdominals. Then work on drawing the knees in closer with the booty down and feel it in your CORE! (Squeeze like I am about to punch you in the stomach but dont hold your breath!) Be bold and try the jump into crow! This was the first time I tried it this way...FYI down dog to crow is easier Check @beahappyamy on ig for other fun things to do with the speed ladder! Happy Monday! Make it count!
