Well this time a yr ago our little Evie Poole was in theatre at leeds having her life changing sdr surgery !!! What can we say except what an amazing yr !!!!! Evie has gone from strength to strength and managed things we could have only dreamed of before sdr and has this week walked independently beyond our expectations :) xxx so on her 1st sdr birthday we would like to say a massive thank you to everyone who has helped us give evie the life she soooo deserved to have..... u will never b forgotten ♥♥♥ special love to our families, wonderful physios Barbara OSullivan, sarah and kathie for their amazing support this last yr...Mr John Goodden and his amazing team for making our dreams come true !!!! and most of all to evie for working sooooo hard ,never giving up and filling our lives with such sunshine ......we r simply bursting with love and pride ♥♥♥♥♥♥ happy 1 yr sdr cant wait to see what the next yr brings !!!!!
