Well, this wasnt supposed to happen. I resumed a lighter chemo on Monday. Felt great. Played 18 holes of golf on Tuesday. Felt strong into the night. And then it all went haywire Wednesday. I threw up twice, felt weak all day, could barely eat and went to bed early. But not before I met my former editor, Mike Jenner at the Westchester Bowl and saw former sheriffs Sgt. Glenn Johnson, and is wife, Vicki, a former coroners investigator, at our house in the afternoon. I get fed at night through a j-tube in my stomach and we increased the dose last night. I felt better this morning and ate a whole bowl of cream of wheat. So I am bouncing back again. I hope chemo will stop making me sick. It is interfering with my golf game. I have played four times in the last week and I think that is good for me.
