#Boom Happy New Year, Everyone !! WOW! There were so many peeps in the gym at 6 am this morning ! Great to see so many New Years Resolutions being played out. Keep it up and Make it a Habit !! Lets #GoToWork and Get A Sweat On with this 3-step bicep exercise. 1. Remember to keep the weights light to maintain good form. 2. When performing this exercise, keep your elbows tucked in close to your waist. Bend at the elbows on each rep isolating your bicep muscle. 3. Do 4 sets of 10 -15 reps. 4. Advanced: Increase weights, reps or do supersets depending on your goal. Ladies, remember its okay to scale back on the weights and # of reps to maintain proper form.
