Well, time to get some rest now. Ill leave you tonight with this classic: Fly Me To the Moon by Frank Sinatra. The song was written by Bart Howard in 1954. It was originally titled In Other Words, and was introduced by Felicia Sanders in cabaret performances. The song became known popularly as Fly Me to the Moon from its first line, and after a few years the publishers changed the title to that officially. It was recorded by Frank Sinatra accompanied by the Count Basie Orchestra on June 9, 1964, for his 1964 album It Might as Well Be Swing. The music for this album was arranged by Quincy Jones who had worked with Count Basie a year earlier on the album This Time By Basie which also included a slower tempo version of Fly Me To The Moon.
