Well today I had a long morning in court which ended about 2 pm so I decided to go have a PEACEFUL lunch ALL BY MYSELF. My restaurant of choice was Cajuns Fried Chicken. Just as I finished paying, I noticed two people walking in the parking lot about to enter the restaurant and it was the defendant who just appeared before me and was given a significant penalty and he looked at me and smiled. As I was walking through the line and I fixed my plate just as I was about to be seated, I noticed another defendant that I had just seen in court and he did not smile at me. I began to say to myself, so much for a PEACEFUL lunch. As I was finishing lunch I did find humor in a customer who was at the wrong place for lunch. I watched him put a roll on his plate and then put some red beans and rice on his plate and asked the cook if the beans had pork in them and the cook said yes. So he threw that plate away. He then asked if anything else had pork and the lady said, the baked beans, black eyed peas, green beans, cabbage, and greens all had pork. He was left with choosing between mashed potatoes, red potatoes, carrots and corn. When I saw his plate, he had 3 rolls and potato salad. He and I both were at the wrong place at the wrong time.
