Well today I was born again. This morning at about 0720 Hours I came in contact with an Officer of the Puerto Rico Police. His name is Juan Reyes Badge #22827 and he is assigned to the Utuado PR office. I came very close from been shot by this officer today. He went ballistic. He kept asking me for a form by a number that I did not even know what it was. The more I said I did not know what it was the more furious and red in the face this officer became. Finally he began to ask me for Puerto Rico driver license that I obviously did no have. He kept insisting I have one. The last time I have a license in this island was over 20 years ago. I wanted to call 911 but I was so afraid for him to see me dialing. Thank God I kept my cool, I believe that save my life. To their credit I came that evening and the officer and their SGT assisted me filing a formal complaint with internal affairs. For you guys that dont believe this can happen to you watch this video youtu.be/zRj7MlzRrAo I will advise discretion as this was one of their officer killing a citizen in cold blood over a small argument that escalated. I began recording everything after this incident I suggest that if you come over here to have small cameras hidden to record everything
