Well today is a surreal day for me, it finally sank in, that one of my toughest mentor and leader was taken from this world too soon. He was hard as nails, but yet as approachable as the best of us, he touched me and my family very much, especially on our long road trips in iraq. He taught me so much as a person and a NCO, i geared my leadership style towards the way he taught us. Mike you will be deeply missed and i know you are watching over Cindy, the girls and all of your dependable battle buddies. RIP brother YOU WILL BE MISSED.
