Well today is my parents 50th wedding anniversary...yes 50!! I dont know what or who I would be without their loving, caring and teaching hearts. They married young and had their ups and downs through their marriage, as all people do, but they talked things out. They picked themselves up when things were tough, dug their heels in and did what they had to do to survive at times. Through hard work and dedication they eventually got good paying jobs that made life a little easier for them. Theyve done so much for Dennis and myself, the grand kids, the great grand kids and several friends and other family members. They will never know how much they mean to me, but I try to show every day just how much I appreciate everything theyve done for me. My dad tries to play it tough sometimes, but he cant pull it off very well when you see him with his grandchildren and great grandchildren getting his heart melted. My mom...well, what can I say about this woman? I dont think theres enough time in the rest of my life to tell about the good qualities she has. She is the most caring, loving, biggest hearted person you will EVER meet...PERIOD!!! She has helped us all through a lot of things in our lives, good and bad. She listens to us, cries with us, hugs us, gives her best advice and hopes that you learn something from it. Mom and dad have always, always, always been there for me and I could never express in words how much I love them. I hope they know they did a good job raising their boys to the best of their ability, and I hope Dennis and myself conduct ourselves in a manner that gives them honor, and shows they did a good job. Mom and dad I LOVE YOU BOTH SO MUCH & THANK YOU FOR BEING AWESOME GOD FEARING PARENTS!! HAPPY 50TH ANNIVERSARY
