Well todays interview was a complete joke! They want everyone to work 7 days a week, 10 hrs a day (if ur bad a math thats 70 hrs a week) for $400-600 plus commisions. And commisions will be very low. Not an exaduration. Thats not even minimum wage! Because even a minimum wage empolyee gets time and a half for overtime by law. They actually told me they want me for a managment position, but I am not available weekends so I dont qualify. She even said about my company, when youre ready to let go of that silly little idea and get a real job, let us know and maybe we can find a place for you here Guess who will be paying a lot extra for their DJ if they ever need one. lol My suspisions have been verified... In order to get a job during the week, I will have to close my company because everywhere requires working weekends. Therefor, I guess it will be landscaping and unemployment every year until I get the company built up. Or until people start getting married every day of the week.
