Well tomorrow it begins. Another year filled with excited and ready to go 5 year olds. I am ready as always but this year it is a little different. I know that I am leaving Kelti in the loving hands of Michelle Hancock and she will do everything in her power so that Kelti knows she is loved and cared for. It stinks leaving her, even though we discussed daddy daycare over breakfast the other day. She will do great! I am ready for my kids to come in, see the room, meet Bubbles the turtle (Rachelle Wilkinson Ahaus) and just launch into learning. Lots of changes all around but the goal remains the same: prepare my students to be leaders of tomorrow. They will do great things and go great places! While we will miss Suzy Kontos and Adam Burtsfield as our leaders, I have faith in Stephanie and Kelly that we will hit our marks. Other friends are gone to new opportunities, but none will be missed as much as Sabrina by me. Lots of new faces and cohorts to work with. Literally filled with excitement and on the edge of my seat for new kids. Here is to the school year of 2014-2015!
