Well we have had Verizon fios for over 7 years. Never had an issue or outage until last night while I was working. My wife called and spoke to a courteous and English speaking person after a few minutes. We could not resolve the issue without a tech coming to the house. They gave us a time window of 8 am to noon today. It is now 909 am and we have service back and the tech is on his way to the next stop......We Love Verizon Fios.. cast can still go suck a lolipop!! $!! So glad we switched years ago...
