Well, we picked up our Spyder after being in the shop for repairs - TopicsExpress

Well, we picked up our Spyder after being in the shop for repairs for 7 weeks for broken right side saddlebag mounts and bad air ride sensor and leaking water pump. We only put about 400 miles on it since then and the right side saddlebag mount is broken again. We carry nothing in the saddlebags except for our rain gear. The previous time the mount broke it broke the two mounting tabs off the upper right panel, which also needed to be replaced. Im not sure if its is a BRP design problem or its wasnt fixed correctly in the first place. I will need to put on another few hundred miles to see if the fixed the leaking water pump seals correctly. BRP doesnt seem to want to help on these issues. We are at wits end. This is the biggest piece shit weve owned since our 1975 Dodge van. Weve owned it for 3 years now and put over 47,000 miles on it, but its been in shop for a total of 7 months in that time. Any of you people with Spyders about to go out of factory warranty should seriously be thinking of a good extended warranty, ours has paid for its cost 5 or 6 times over.
