Well, well, well...FINALLY I got through to someone at my phone providers with a BRAIN!! ...This is the scenario... September 2012, my contract was 18p for each international text...I have been charged 40 and 50p per international text...plus the VAT of course...So...as they dont send out paper bills anymore, they just rape our bank accounts...we, the public, havent got a clue what they are taking or their mistakes until we start kicking. And I am in mule mode...the kicks are very strong!! :) :) I had over £804 taken out of my bank between April 1st and May 1st...and I nearly had a coronary seeing my bank statement!! Phoned them and the guy I spoke to admitted that they have overcharged me and confirmed my international tariff being 18p not 40 and 50p. He then sent me the full breakdown of usage for April and May...The pure OVERCHARGES just for those two months are well over £400!!! Now, my account is being checked from September 2012 up to the present...they owe me THOUSANDS of pounds!! In the meantime, not only have they overcharged me for international texts, they have charged me up to £2.50 for a few SECONDS international calls...should be 20p per minute!! Another booboo on their part, to be refunded!! Plus I have apparently phoned myself quite a few times...err...I dont think so!!! Nobody in their right minds would phone themselves...its illogical and another mistake on their part which they have admitted to... They are sending me all the breakdown of statements from Sept 12 to March this year...they WERE going to charge me...SORRY...its YOUR mistake so you can cover the cost, I am not paying and if I have to, I will go to a Solicitor, The Ombudsman, Trading Standards...then she went to speak to her Team Leader...Yes, I will get the bible of statements for the huge period of time involved at no charge. Battle won!! As my contract is only £9.11p per month, unlimited texts in Uk and 60 mins talk time, they have charged me thousands of pounds over almost 2 years,,,a nice little savings account I think...I should hear from them in 7 days and the gorgeous refund will more than pay for the new bathroom I plan downstairs....:) :) :) :) :)...Feelin GUUUUUD!! :) :) But I wont get too excited until I have the money refunded...but guess what, they will pay me, I have studied Business Law and this rottweiler will not back off when I am in the right and can prove it. Aaaaaagh, a good result for a Monday morning....now to start cleaning upstairs ready for the valuation tomorrow...:) :)
