Well went down on the bike for the first time today, luckily everything is okay the frame slider took all of the impact (thank god), I low sided going 55+mph. Im extremely sore though and have some scrapes and a bruised finger nail but all in all I came out great and so did the bike and was able to ride 2 more sessions thanks to Matthew Palmore for letting me borrow his gloves since mine were trashed.
