Well weve been using the ninja for about a week now, having some kind of various fruit and veggie smoothies, Ive tried a couple coffee smoothies, and starting to notice that Im spending time reading about super foods and the nutritional values of the foods weve been eating and drinking. I even drank an orange silken tofu smoothie this morning. Not sure Im keen on the tofu idea, but honestly, all blended I wouldnt even have known there was tofu in it. I can live with that. One other thing. ..I dont like the pain unflavored greek yogurt so this week Im using honey flavored yogurt and its good. No bitter taste to me. Now I just have to get some more portion control bowls so I can take food and snacks worth me to work. I can do this. .. and husband will learn slowly with me that eating more natural or organic foods will be better for us in the long run. Oh and I lost another two pounds this week. Not mentioning the ten I gained up to thanksgiving. I will reach 150-160. 10-20 to go! !!!!
