Well what a journey already. Started with a routine dr visit ended up being in possible pre term labor with moderate contractions approx every 2-3 minutes and a dilation of a 3 . . Dr said last night a baby boy isnt as mature as a girl at this time. But they were going to give a steroid but that they were NOT going to stop the contractions if she stoped on her own they would let her go. . . . . TODAY: contractions slowed last night n. Aliceson didnt sleep well. Thought we possibly would go home on bed rest. . Well not so fast. Dr. Shaw cane in this morning said contractions were getting faster . Checked to see if anything had changed we are now at a 4 or a little over and the cervix was 65-70% thinned. And that we would not be going home . .
