Well what can I say???? The judge ruled that seeing as regardless of the fact if I did or did not do it,... I had admitted being part of it, therefore I was fairly dismissed by the company due to being team leader. However he deemed that the Gross Misconduct label was incorrect and to severe for the actions that occurred. So they are told to change dismissal reason to something other and minor, that will allow me to seek employment elsewhere, by also not giving a bad reference to future employers (they will not reply if asked for one) and also agreed to send a copy of my last appraisal to use as a reference from The company to obtain further employment without the stigma of of the original reason of gross misconduct around my head, which virtually made me unemployable. They owe me nothing and I owe them nothing from these proceedings. So at least I have a clean slate and untainted employment record to move forward with my life
