Well, yesterday was crazy! I went to the doctor and got my B-12 shot. Just a reminder- if you tell your doctor that you are having chest pains, you WILL be sent to the ER! After many EKGs, much blood work (thought I was in True Blood :), xrays, and a stress test today, I was released from the hospital this afternoon. Fortunately, I aced all of the tests, and have a clean bill of health regarding the chest/heart issues. Now, I will follow up with a gastroenterologist. I am thankful for the doctors, nurses, medical staff, radiologists, aides, and the excellent care that I received. A special thank you to Kristie Binda for being a lifesaver and angel! Thanks to my mom for holding down the home fires and getting out in this horrible weather to pick me up this afternoon! Thanks to my dad, sister, and Esther Orioli for their thoughts, prayers, and words of encouragement! What I went through reminds me how fortunate I am to have excellent health care, health insurance, and such a wonderful support system!
