Welp, all the renovations are complete, and the house is 99% ready to go on the market - 6 BR, 5.5 bath, 5000 some odd sq. feet, finished basement, 20 foot ceilings in great room, cul-de-sac, wooded, fenced backyard, concrete room for a gym, large deck, gigantic master bath with jetted tub and stand up shower, and monster closet space. Will probably be listed at 550K, but if someone wants to make it easier, well make it worth your while. At todays rates, with 20% down, you can have this for the $ of a nice 2BR apartment. Thats crazee...
