Went and bought Kinect Nike + Training. It started telling me itd get my basic details and then itd give a series of exercises to do to see how well/bad I did and then theyd create a specizlized workout from what they gathered. I was almost nauseous and out of breath at the end. I had to do high knee running for a total of 90 seconds with 30 seconds breath between each one. I was shaking at the end and prayed nothing else would show up and the Kinect gods granted my wish. Im gonna start week 1 of the workout plan they specialized for me. I guess well see how bad I wanna kill myself at the end of the workouts they choose.
