Went for a Sunset Cruise on the Zambezi River tonight and saw lots of wonderful birds, some Hippos, a crocodile and a mom Elephant and her baby crossing the river. Not to mention the most spectacular sunset! Finished off by dining on Crocodile tail at a local restaurant. Ended the evening with a chance meeting with one of the Anesthesiologist (now retired) I used to work with at the Hospital in Colorado. Yes, here in South Africa. We were both absolutely astonished! Unbelievable!!! What are the chances... Not to mention this was a one night stay for him and his wife and their friends. Gotta love it!
