Went grocery shopping yesterday and as usual, looked at the ingredients of everything that went into my cart. I happened to look up,(because I realize it takes a couple minutes before I decide to put something I deem safe to eat into my cart) And I notice almost everyone around me is staring at me like something was wrong with the product (or me). I stood for a minute evaluating the situation and everyone around me who upon meeting my eyes carried on just grabbing what they wanted and tossing it into their cart without a care in the world. It really made me realize and APPRECIATE what Im doing to protect my body and the ones I love. Keep staring people. Maybe take notes next time.
