Went to Left Coast yesterday to celebrate getting orthotics. I got their special August Burger of the Month, the Green Supreme, and it did not disappoint. Great patty, pepper jack cheese, balsamic roasted tomatoes, red onion, julienned cucumber salad, a homemade potato chip and a soy based guacamole. As usual, I enjoyed the burger. I think the quality of home-ground beef has really improved over the time since theyve opened. I also really liked the texture of fresh cucumber on the burger. It was a welcome change from years of acclimatizing to pickles. The one thing Ill ask to be left off next time is the onion. I love me some red onion, but I think the taste overpowered the tomatoes and the guacamole, which were so yummy. The varying texture of crispy was satisfied with the cucumbers, but to each their own. I believe the burger was about 13000won. It came with homemade potato chips/crisps which were yummy. I will eat this again quite happily!
