Went to Wallis World today to pick up a few items and noted a small SUV in the parking lot as I headed towards the front doors. Not unusual, right? Well, one thing was. It was missing ALL FOUR valve stem caps, on the tires. :-( Understand something, here, people. The valve stems and their caps are an integral part of your tire safety system, and if you take them off or just plain lose them, youre greatly increasing your risk of a blowout, down the road. The caps function (with the rubber o-ring seal it contains) is to make sure the tire stays inflated as it should, and keep dirt, snow, ice and road debris out of the stem.
