Went to bed with a big smile on my face last night knowing I played my small part in yesterdays first ever T Fest. What a day it was, all the bands and performers were brilliant, extremely proud of Maya Adele who despite the nerves got up on stage and absolutely smashed it with flying colours, well done Maya. Tinners would have been the first one up dancing. a lot of money was spent and raised (over £4,000.00 last I heard) we may have had empty pockets by the end of the night but I do believe we all went home that little bit richer. Thanks to everyone who helped organise, volunteered, the bands and performers, all the bar staff, everyone who donated, everyone who attended and most of all Di Marshall for finding the strength and courage to not only allow T Fest to take place but also for playing a big part in organising it, we love you Doris. roll on T Fest 2015 which will be even bigger and even more of a success.
