Went to court yesterday for an old traffic case, from 2010. I missed court a few times. Which means I had a warrant. Showed up yesterday. They offered me 60 days in prison- $1000 fine or 365 days unsupervised probation. I told my later, none of them are favorable to me. However we proceeded. I stood before the judge, he had a look of confidence the entire time. The lawyer who represent me asked for 1 year of unsupervised probation. Judge says Ms. Hugee I order you 1 day unsupervised probation. My eyes watered, not because I thought God wouldnt do it..but because those who should represent you sometimes they do a horrible job at it. The Judge favored me. Not to mentioned to Prosecutor said amazing things about me. My lawyer was clueless. Be careful who represents you.
