Went to go talk to my UCEAP (Study Abroad) Adviser and found out a new little fact about my semester abroad. Apparently I am required to take 6 weeks of Intensive Hebrew in Jerusalem. So the previous 6 weeks of before starting an Arabic Immersion program I will be taking Hebrew.. That should go over well, cram Hebrew in my brain for a few weeks then suddenly switch gears entirely to Arabic. OH! On a side note, I should be able to speak both Hebrew and Arabic enough to get around by myself in Israel/Palestine and the rest of the Levant region by next summer..
