Went to have lunch w/ my husband only to find out he was being made to work through his lunch Now sometimes he does this so he can get off an hr. early so we have time to get to Colins football games when they are away but today was not planned and hes not getting off early either so heres my question when did it become alright not to give your employees a lunch break and make them work a reg. scheduled day When I was a manager it was mandatory to make sure all my employees had not only lunch break but also 15 min. breaks during the day I guess the City of Warsaw doesnt think they have to follow this rule Im so upset my husband works hard at his job but this is ridiculous
