Went to my family doctor today and the prognosis for my foot does not look good :( My doctor wanted me in with an ortho or podiatrist today but I cant get in until Monday morning. Until then I am instructed to stay lying down with my foot elevated. I am not to bear any weight until otherwise instructed. I guess she thinks I ruptured something or that the possible stress fracture is worse than what it originally appeared to be. I have hardly any strength in my foot and have a hard time moving my toes :( I need all the good thoughts/prayers/vibes that you all can come up with. I dont want to end up needing surgery.
