Went to see my specialist for my wrist when I first broke it back in December 2013 and he was stunned and shocked at what WSIB has done. He said get a lawyer and fight that there is no way, that what I have now is from a long time there. He has referred me to the wrist specialist for the surgery and he also gave me some encouragement. He gave me a doctors note of no work until I see the specialist. That will help me in getting EI under sick leave. This is a good start in getting the ball rolling. Tomorrow calling Law firm back to see if they will take my case. Some might not like that I am posting updates of what is happening in my situation. Feel free to unfriend me.
