The Schatz Method LLC is seeking support with its day to day operations and rapid national and international growth. Ideal team members have a deep organizational mode of working with bright attention to detail, creative minds and the ability to foreshadow and execute accordingly. There is a lot of strategic implementation to do over the next year and a half in order to become the far reaching global organization envisioned. REQUIREMENTS Seeing things through from the start to the finish while creating/customizing projects. Ability to deliver great results and meet deadlines with a minimum of supervision. Coordinating with internal team and managing outside vendors for content development, design, writing & printing. Attending our weekly team meetings and daily morning huddle. While this is a virtual, work from home position, you will have to attend virtual meetings regularly, be on time and prepared to focus and connect with the team each day. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS The nuts and bolts of the Operations Support Manager will change as the scope of work and business grows. It is essential that you be adaptable to change and able to see the big picture of what we are producing. With that, there are regular/routine administrative functions that are part of this position by executing on systems, procedures, policies, monitoring projects and managing client administrative tasks. With each it is imperative they be delivered with company’s standards of efficiency, professionalism, and raw honest customer service. Project Administration A majority of the business growth is set around launches. Once given the scope of the launch, it is up to you to execute each step & measure results. Responsible for coordinating vendor communication on projects including transcriptions and technical support Maintain and update master file templates (newsletters, flyers, etc) Follow Standard Operating Procedures, including updating SOPs as work evolves Files named and stored in a highly organized fashion in Dropbox Client Administration Practitioners feel seen, heard, and supported through their interactions with you Manage client contracts and ensure signatures are received and database is up to date Provide technical support for back office e-commerce services Resolve client billing issues, scheduling conflicts & business related issues Social Media Maintain business social media profiles, blog post, newsletter distribution and Google analytics QUALIFICATIONS Skills and Abilities 3+ years experience in the health care field & providing administrative support 2+ years experience writing and posting blogs and newsletters & customer service support experience 1+ years experience using Wordpress, providing e-commerce support & working in a virtual team environment Software & Tech Proficiency In a world of online & digital expansion, it is critical to be tech savvy & willing to learn and develop. Daily current operations include use of the following software: Asana Echosign Facebook Google Analytics Google Docs Highrise InfusionsoftInstagram LinkedIn Publisher Skitch TimeTrade Twitter Quickbooks Wordpress COMPENSATION The Support Manager is a great position if you love working with a creative tsunami like Gina and managing up to create foundations of this rapidly growing business so we can deliver this method to the world together. While this is mostly a virtual work from home position, it is not short-term. I am sincerely committed to building a world-class team culture and want someone equally dedicated who will stay for many, many years. Part of the far reaching objective includes destination conferences, sponsorships and weeklong trainings. For most of those I will need in person support. All accommodations, travel and food are covered during conventions & sponsorships and you will be paid a flat fee for your work at each event. Your first 90 days are probationary, possibly part-time (if you need it while you transition out of something else) and you’ll be paid as an Independent Contractor. After that, if it’s a strong fit to continue, we will discuss ongoing opportunities for full-time. As an Independent Contractor, you’ll need to set up a business entity if you don’t already have one.
