Were accepting 2014 Women of Distinction nominations! The Girl Scouts of North East Ohio Women of Distinction award celebration links the leaders of today with our future women leaders we are developing through Girl Scouting, while raising funds to support scholarships for local Girl Scouts. Nominees do not necessarily have to be Girl Scouts, simply exemplify the Girl Scout Promise and Law through ethical leadership and a commitment to making a difference in the lives of girls and women. New in 2014, we are also accepting applications for one company or organization to be selected to receive the Advancing Women Award. The company or organization will have demonstrated a proven committment to advancing women in the workplace.
