Were finally there! After nearly 3 years of refurbishing, and 10 years of working on our treatment menu, putting together as many great services as we can, we now have our brand new beauty and nail bars set up. With brand new look masterclasses in place for September where you can choose your perfect look from smoky to vintage, hair up for beginners right through to advanced, mother and daughter hair sessions (and some for the dads!) there will be something for everyone, from 8 to 80! I came across an old business plan of mine the other day from back in 2002 detailing my 10 year business goal of creating a Bellissimo Academy with an entire syllabus for all sorts of masterclasses! Somewhat refined now based on the last few years of working out what people want and need, and trying different approaches - were finally ready to roll with our education programme! Off to Rebecca Morgans salon in Prestatyn tomorrow for her first masterclass, and rolling the scheme out to salons across the country. with a few exciting top secret major uk events planned for 2015, it looks like that long term goal was achievable after all! Back when I was 23, with only one baby and before Id even bought the salon - the academy was just a far off big dream but as my gran says - persistence pays, and Im nothing if not persistent!!! (And Im only a couple of years off target!) Watch this space for details and dates for the first wave of our New Look masterclasses and get ready to book, we already have a waiting list!!! The diary is now open for events, birthdays, hens and races for group bookings with a complementary glass of bubbly!
