Select demo riders will ride the Cowboy Dressage Tests and the Cowboy Dressage Challenge Tests with individual critiques from Lyn, Garn and Eitan. This is an excellent day to see the tests in “action” and learn what makes for a good ride and what makes for an even better one. Susan Tomasini will talk and demo some of the “Tricks of the Trade”. These are helpful hints on how to master the tests and get the best out of your ride. Susan will also be our test caller so play close attention on how she does it….the caller is very important and the clarity and timing of the call is critical. Rides will be individual with comments and constructive suggestions for each rider. Questions welcome during clinic. The marvelous Dianne Olds Rossi will present a clinic on the Cowboy Dressage Freestyle late in the afternoon on Saturday. If you know Dianne you can bet this will be highly entertaining as well as very educational. If the Freestyle is your “dream” come and learn form the best in the world. There is no other like her!!! Sunday July 7th Riders able to ride tests of their choice with critique. Sunday is all about riders and riding the tests. This is an excellent opportunity to ride in front of Garn, Lyn and Eitan. Anyone who registers will have a 20 minute session and can choose a test of their choice. You ride the test and Susan will call for you if you do not have your own caller. After the ride/test you will get positive feedback from each individual clinician. You then can re-ride your test for improvement and second feedback. You can ride more than one test if you desire. This is an excellent format that has been very popular in other clinics. The closing of the day will be with a final Q/A and photos if wanted. Hope to see many of you there. As you can see there is a lot being offered and you can believe me when I say that these clinicians will deliver. You will be glad you came. Even if you are not a Cowboy Dressage competitor the skills taught will help any rider in any discipline.
