Westport HomeSearchCategories News Westport men face drug-dealing charges 10/22/2013 2:50 AM WESTPORT – A cooperative investigation by the Greensburg Police Department and Westport Town Marshals led to the arrest of two Decatur County men early Monday. According to a press release, police arrested Danny I. Toler and Joshua G. Irvin Jones Monday morning at Toler’s residence located at 108 South Poplar Street in Westport. Jones was arrested on a preliminary charge of dealing in a narcotic drug, a class “B” felony. Toler faces that charge as well as additional preliminary charges of obtaining a legend drug by fraud (class “D” felony), welfare fraud (class “A” misdemeanor), possession of marijuana (class “A” misdemeanor) and theft (class “D” felony). Both men were remanded to the Decatur County Jail without incident. Arrest warrants for the suspects were issued by the Decatur County Superior Court Friday stemming from evidence acquired during the investigation, which began in July.
