Weve been busy wrapping up the second half of our Pilgrim Simulation the past week and a half....we traded with the Indians, (some of them were friendly and others hostile) wrote letters to our loved ones back in England, (I had to ask some of them to stop writing after an hour and a half!!) and celebrated with a three day feast (really just one, but it felt like three). Special thanks to Orinda Benbow for her extra work and creativity and to Alice Cullison Chaney for the deer meat, antlers, and feathers. It has been a very rewarding experience for me and Im pretty sure the kids enjoyed it, too!
