Weve finally reached a point where I feel comfortable letting the cat out of the bag. Some of you may know that two friends and I have been planning on opening a brewery/restaurant in Jacksonville, FL. Well as of this morning, we closed on our location and have our financial partners in place. If all goes well, we hope to be open by early/mid 2015. This has already been an incredibly chaotic and stressful adventure but the help, support and encouragement weve received along the way has been amazing! Thank you to everyone who has contributed, no matter how big or small. It will always be remembered and appreciated. The entire Baker family has been blessed to make so many new friends along the way, while also strengthening bonds with those we already cherished. And last, but certainly not least, my incredibly large extended military family – whether you are stationed in Jax, or if you just find yourself passing through – my house is your house and the first round is on me......but after that you have to pay because I know how sailors drink!
