Weve had an incident very recently where weve had one of the dogs in our care become quite poorly and have to be taken to the emergency vet. During this process weve realised just how vitally important it is that the emergency contacts details you provide us with when you book your dog in is still valid and that they are able to make decisions in your absence. We will also now have to start asking details about if your dog is insured just so that we can answer these questions at the Vets if we need to. Sorry to add to the list of things we ask, but it matters quite a lot when your dog is poorly! x
