What Do You Think About Wind Farms? If there was one somewhere in Saddleworth? Would it be suitable? maybe near some Pylones? Its very interesting to hear Peoples complaints about them, especially in a landscape so carved out by industry. Saddleworth/Oldham/Manchester is part of Britain s industrial heritage, but why be a museum when it can be at the forefront again? The mills now stood dormant, could be awash with activity making Windturbines and exporting them around the world, or Solar Panels, Saddleworth, could be enthralled in industry, the industrial links forged 100 years ago, the canals, are still there to have them sustainably shipped around. the Wings of Concorde were made in Saddleworth, if only those factories were there now bending the steel to make these elegant structures, maybe Britain could make the concord of the turbines (but with a better financial plan, haha)? Do you want Clean Energy, Do you want to fight wars to Maintain our Energy Supply, or would you prefer Coal Pits be reopened, and your children have a bright future working in them, polluting this green and pleasant land?
