What I am about to say is not a personal attack against anybody or any church. If you see this as an attack,then that is because you have chosen to take it that way. Therefore, any accusations you may make are false. COLOSSIANS 2:16 Let no man therefore judge you in meat, or in drink, or in respect of an holyday, or of the new moon, or of the sabbath days It is high time that preachers stop preaching against churches who do things differently than they do. If you go to a church that holds two services on Sunday than that is fine. If your Church only meets once on Sunday in the late afternoon , thats fine too. If you have a Wednesday night service in a church house, thats fine. If your congregation divides into small groups on Wednesday nights and meet at various homes, thats fine too. If your church meets on days other than Sunday or Wednesday thats fine too. It also does not matter whether your church is old fashioned, modern, traditional or contempory. What does matter is whether or not your church is preaching the Bible correctly. Remember, that it was the original writings by the prophets and apostles that were inspired by the Holy Spirit and not any particular English version of the Bible. If you believe that your particular version of the Bible is the only one that God has inspired, than you are guilty of idolatry. Yes, there are some false translations of the Bible, however, there is more than one good version of the Bible too. I personally prefer the King James, however I also recognize that there are others that are just as good. I would also like to address this whole man-made home church comes first mentallity. There is nothing in the scripture to back that up. That is why you will never hear me say that I belong to a church. I attend church. I belong to Jesus. We are rooted and grounded in Christ and not the church. Therefore so called church hoppers who are saved, have the same roots as those who go to the same to the same church all the time. I have not turned against the church and I am not bitter against it. I am just tired of seeing people serving the clocks, churches and the days a week instead of God. I I am thankful for all the churches and Godly pastors that I have ever been part of. Next time, I will tell you why there is no such thing as sheep stealing between churches or runaway sheep.
