What I am experiencing with Brain Fuel Plus is very exciting! I have a clearer head, no more excessive brain fog! I feel mentally sharper - more focused! I feel more relaxed! Not feeling as much stress ... I was also pleasantly surprised that when I forgot to take my AM Anti-Depressants/Anti-Anxiety medications that I did not go into a depression like I usually do ... I can always tell when Ive forgotten my pills because EVERY time I go into a depression ~ not so this last time ... Im also not waking up with lower back pain like I used to.
