What I cant believe this!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! According to our president EBK Sierra Leone is enjoying free health care for lactating mothers, pregnant women and children under the age of five (5) years. Because of our free health care, we now have the lowest Maternal Mortality Rate Prove me wrong guys if I am wrong. According the WHOs latest global health figure (2013), Sierra Leone has the highest Maternal Mortality Rate (MMR) in the world despite our free health care and of course our government of sierra leone prioritizing the health sector. Sierra Leone as a nation is still not able to combat her health problems. Still the same problems under the SLPP government and now the APC government. So wuna bring for we free die instead of free health care en wuna nor fraid God wuna dae praise sing en boot lick for 3rd Term for EBK. GOD GO PUNISH WUNA. Some of us are not praise singers but we stand for patriotism. Posterity will judge you all one day. God help my country Sierra Leone from this bad, unpatriotic, selfish and greedy politicians.
