What I eat in a day. Quite a few people have messaged me and asked how I am losing weight so fast, and how much food am I really eating while still losing...I am one that cannot do the eat like a bird thing and starve myself. I want Food! I want to feel full and satisfied. If I am hungry, I eat...and I eat as much as my body wants. So, Yesterday I logged a full day of food for you :) Breakfast: 16 oz Protein Shake made with 2 scoops of Muscle Milk (Cookies and Cream flavor) with 1 cup frozen Wild Blueberries mixed in, 2 Sausage Patties, 1 large fried egg cooked in bacon fat, 2 cups of salad (lettuce, baby spinach, tomatoes, black olives, and lots of real Parmesan and cheddar cheese), and 1½ Tbs Ranch dressing. Lunch: 12 oz Meatloaf made with 85/15 ground beef, onions, herbs and seasonings, eggs, and a bit of Worcestershire and BBQ sauce. 1 Big bunch of grapes, 1 cup spaghetti squash with lots of cheddar cheese mixed in. Supper: 10 oz boneless pork chop, 2 cups Salad as above, Splurged with some potato salad. Snacks: 6 oz cheddar cheese, Grapes, tomatoes with cottage cheese(about 2 cups total), and a banana, and about 1 cup almonds-walnuts-pecans-raisins. Also must say about 3 cups of whole organic milk with my coffees :D Notice, there are No Grains and No Processed Foods. I have lost 3 lbs since I weighed in on August 1st. Today is August 3rd. 3 lbs gone in 2 days.
