What I have realised with lots of us charity leaders is that with time we gain experience. At first you start with fierce competition, you want to be the superhero and the only one, you want all donations for your charity, you want to be a speaker and the expert, but believe me I started charity work and activism at around 18 informally and formally at age 23 and I went through all those phases, competitions and everything. At age 43 like am now, you calm down and realise that oh oh cooperation and complimenting each other is much bigger then you come back to reality and rational thinking. Why am saying this, I see many starting charity work and activism at older ages like 30, 40 , 50, 60 and even 70. Instead of starting it like an immature girl like me at 18 it is best to make a more mature entry because of your age. Just know that cooperation and collaboration brings bigger results. Share flier for someone who is looking for her project to grow, just support them because the support is back to you.
