What I learned today: breathing in the steam of Apple cider vinegar, drinking oregano tea, placing onion poultices on your back and chest, drinking homemade juices and lots of water rids your body of many toxins!! I didnt move my body too much today but, Wowzers, I really needed a shower before bed...oh the BO!! Its a good thing I stayed home. Ill be repeating the process tomorrow, so beware! Gotta feel better quick!!
