What I love about attraction marketing is that, when you present yourself as you are, and you interact with others genuinely, then you attract people that resonate with you. I watched the leaders do this as I learned their craft and then applied it, with ever- growing spectacular results. The spin off, that I had not realised, was in how a team can work when you have people that are totally with you. I am doing two team builds right now, one long term and one short term. It feels like an army maneuver because a large part of my team have got my back as I have theirs. We work together in a way that I could only dream about in my past failures to recruit anyone in 15 years. They tell me off when I work too hard. They remind me that I should be resting when I have said I am resting and they propel the team forward with the team ethos always in mind As we help one, we help one another When you get that right, I honestly believe that you cannot fail.
