What If? What if we tried a new way to transform larger USA dehydrated ocean water crystals into multiple shapes and sizes and use them in tandem? Much like adding seasoning to perform certain functions during different times of cooking, why wouldnt we do that with the mother of all flavor enhancers...salt? The trick is having a reliable method and speed. Truth is, 55# of salt later, I believe the irregular yet imaginative way to get it done works. True, it happened out of necessity, but what seems to be happening is very encouraging. Superfine, micro-shards, common crystals and semi-flakes all in one product. For our R&D department, we hope that it can and will add valuable dimension to our specialty organic black garlic salt and other derivatives. So simple, so many possibilities, always openly sharing.
