What! Just found this and its, both, a hidden gem and an absolute abomination. Its Timecop 2! Timecop was actually not bad, but it was also very VERY silly and stars (the silliest actor on earth whos actually not that bad at playing someone who you probably shouldnt call silly) Van Damme. This, if possible, is even sillier. This is just a trailer, but the first line of the film is, Time travel, its easy when you think about it. You do it every day in one direction, but what if you could travel BACK in time? (scriptwriter - DOUCHE BAG!) It starts off in Nazi Germany with a plot to kill Hitler (hence the title The Berlin Decision) but after (LITERALLY) 2 minutes it goes in a completely different direction and to a completely different city, in a completely different country and in to a completely different time frame so all of a sudden the title means nothing (story - DOUCHE BAG!) Heres a quote from the trailer - I have to make sure you were never born, in any carnation! (Marketing guy - DOUCHE BAG!)
