What a CRAZY world we live in! When I was offering organic catering, people of the north east of England were often unaware of the difference between organic and non-organic food, and the effect of chemicals being ingested. It was an uphill struggle to make it work, and eventually I gave up trying. This would not have been a problem as little as 50 or 60 years ago, as the vast majority of our food was NATURALLY organic and chemical free - before bigger, cheaper and more quantity was demanded by a largely unaware public. Making people aware of the dangers and BANNING the use of chemicals in farming and food manufacture should be a priority, but governments fail us miserably on this - and its all to do with money, not our health! Off my soap box for now, ha ha!!
